Sheets, Sheets & More Sheets
I’ve been told by my friends that one thing I will need for our new baby is lots of bedding. Apparently little ones are known to have an accident or two in their beds and it’s best to be prepared. With this in mind, I was very happy to find these awesome sheets by Caden Lane. They’re made of 100% cotton and come in several beautiful colors - the perfect addition to any nursery, especially one that is the home to lots of accidents!

The tip given to me from a mom of three: buy several pairs of sheets as well as the waterproof mats. When you make the bed, you have four layers: 1) mattress pad, 2) sheet, 3) waterproof mats, and 4) another sheet. Then, if the diaper overflows in the middle of the night you just take the baby out to change, pull up the top layer of sheet and mats and there ya go. No searching for a new set in the middle of the night. And, um, these are gorgeous.
Excellent tip! I’ve already got “several sheets” on my list of items to get. Aren’t these beautiful too? They don’t match my “decor” exactly, but they sure are pretty!
That is great, simple tip. I loathe taking off the bumper pad each time to change the sheets, so that would just make that process more effecient! Thanks -
