Wild Dill is one of my favorite online stores that is if you need unique baby things that are also eco-friendly. Wild Dill is great because it offers a wide collection of clothing, toys, bedding and furniture that is natural, organic, fair trade, made in the USA/Europe, or recycled. I already have a couple of their products - some teethers and stuff toys - and I have been impressed with the quality of them. Their items are reasonably priced and definitely cute, in fact, these puzzles are on my list of things to get next!

With the whole world going green, it’s no wonder the organic products, such as this Moses bassinet, are a big hit. Personally, I just like the look of it. And if it’s good for the baby and the environment - well that’s an extra bonus.
The basket has a coordinating rocker base that is lined with 100% organic cotton fleece and flannel with hypoallergenic fill, and it includes a fitted sheet, bumper, blanket, and mattress. The matching base is made from unfinished maple hardwood and has adjustable straps to keep your basket and baby secure.
Details: basket: 28″ l x 14″ w x 9″ d, rocker: 30″ l x 14″ w x 24″ h (for babies up to 3 months or 15 lbs.)

With my first birthing experience just a few months away, I can’t help but think about possible “push” presents. While I’m sure I won’t actually ask for a labor gift, I definitely wouldn’t turn it down if someone decided to surprise me. And if I had to choose, this necklace would be a definite contender. Made by Kathy Lo, these necklaces have a picture on one side and a birthdate and name on the other. What better way to remember such a momentous occasion?

Toys

I’m not buying a ton of toys before our little one arrives in a few months, but one thing I do want and have been looking for is the perfect set of wooden blocks. The problem is, a lot of the blocks I’ve found are really pricey, which is why I like these. They’re very reasonably priced at $28.00 for the set. And they’re made out of light maple wood which comes from sustainable forests in Northern Michigan and they’re non-toxic. Doesn’t get much better than that.
